Jack Daniel's Glazed Ham Recipe

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 F.

  2. Roast the ham on a rack in a roasting pan, uncovered, for approximately 20 minutes per pound, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 140 F.

  3. Simmer brown sugar, whiskey, orange peel, cloves, and allspice over medium-low heat for 15 minutes, or until the mixture slightly thickens, creating the glaze.

  4. Brush the glaze onto the ham about 20 minutes before it finishes cooking.

  5. Serve the ham, optionally garnished with orange slices and curly endive.
