Instructions

  1. Place tenderloins and marinade ingredients into a resealable bag, then toss to coat.

  2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to overnight.

  3. Preheat grill.

  4. Remove tenderloins from the bag and grill over high heat for approximately 15 minutes, turning occasionally.

  5. Once pork reaches 160-165 F internally, remove from heat and tent with foil.

  6. Rest the meat for 5-10 minutes before slicing into medallions.
