Instructions

  1. Place meat and Italian dressing in a resealable bag, remove air, seal, and refrigerate for 4 to 12 hours.

  2. Remove from refrigerator and let stand at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.

  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  4. Remove steaks from the bag and discard the marinade.

  5. Season steaks with salt, lemon pepper, and black pepper.

  6. Grill steaks for 6 to 7 minutes per side, adjusting time for thickness and desired doneness.

  7. Once done, remove steaks to a warmed plate and let rest for 5 to 7 minutes before serving.
