Italian Ciabatta Sandwich

Instructions

  1. Cut a ciabatta roll in half and toast it.

  2. Drizzle the cut sides with olive oil and spread white balsamic glaze.

  3. Arrange basil, salami, mozzarella, roasted red and yellow peppers, and arugula on the bottom half.

  4. Cover with the top half of the ciabatta.

  5. Tightly wrap the sandwich and slice in half before serving.
