Instructions

  1. Thinly slice the cooked lamb shank.

  2. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a pan; sauté sliced lamb until warm.

  3. Place warm lamb over pita or naan bread.

  4. In the same pan, sauté diced tomatoes with remaining 1 tablespoon butter for one minute.

  5. Stir in tomato sauce and heat until warm.

  6. Season the tomato mixture with salt and pepper.

  7. Pour the warm tomato mixture over the lamb; top with Greek-style yogurt and serve.
