Instructions

Halve 24 ounces of small tomatoes, or core and chunk larger tomatoes.

Place the chopped tomatoes in a large bowl.

Add 3 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon oregano, and 1 teaspoon basil.

Toss thoroughly, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
