Instructions

  1. Combine turkey, eggs, chopped onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup ketchup, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, sage, poultry seasoning, and pepper in a large bowl; mix thoroughly.

  2. Line a 7x3-inch round pan with foil or shape the mixture on heavy-duty foil.

  3. Add 1.5 cups of water to the Instant Pot, then place the meatloaf pan on a trivet and lower into the pot.

  4. Lock the lid, set to high pressure, and cook for 35 minutes.

  5. After cooking, allow 10 minutes natural pressure release before a quick release, then check the internal temperature to ensure it reaches 165 F; transfer the loaf to a rack.

  6. Meanwhile, prepare the topping by combining ketchup, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard in a small bowl; stir until smooth.

  7. Preheat the oven broiler, spread the topping over the loaf, and broil until hot and bubbling.

  8. Transfer the meatloaf to a serving dish, slice, and serve.
