Instant Pot Taco Meat

Instructions

  1. Combine beef broth and all spices (chili powder, garlic powder, oregano, cumin, salt, cayenne pepper) in the Instant Pot.

  2. Add fresh or frozen ground beef.

  3. Secure the lid, then pressure cook on High for 3 minutes for fresh beef or 5 minutes for frozen; perform a quick release when done.

  4. Remove the lid, stir the mixture, and set the Instant Pot to sauté.

  5. Continue cooking for approximately 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the liquid evaporates and the beef is fully browned.

  6. Serve the taco meat in tortillas or taco shells with desired toppings.
