Instant Pot Ribs

Tender baby back pork ribs are quickly cooked in an Instant Pot, resulting in a melt-in-your-mouth texture in just 30 minutes.

Instructions

  1. Start by removing the silvery membrane from the underside of the ribs.

  2. Combine smoked paprika, chili powder, onion powder, dry mustard, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne, then rub this mixture over the ribs.

  3. Place a trivet in the Instant Pot, add 1 cup of stock/water and apple cider vinegar, then coil the ribs inside. Secure the lid, set the valve to sealing, and pressure cook on high for 25 minutes.

  4. Perform a quick release of steam and preheat the broiler or grill while lining a baking sheet with foil.

  5. Transfer the cooked ribs to the baking sheet, brush with barbecue sauce, and broil or grill until lightly charred.

  6. Slice the ribs into serving portions.
