Combine rinsed quinoa, water, and salt in the Instant Pot.

Secure the lid, ensure the steam release knob is sealed, and set to high pressure for 1-3 minutes depending on quinoa type (white: 1 min, tricolor/red: 2 min, black: 3 min).
