Instructions

  1. Add 1 cup of water to the Instant Pot and place a trivet inside.

  2. Spray a 7-inch baking pan with nonstick spray.

  3. On a floured surface, roll pizza dough to 7 1/2 x 15 inches, then cut a 7-inch circle using the pan as a guide. (Reserve leftover dough for another pizza or use a prebaked crust.)

  4. Press the dough circle into the pan, extending slightly up the sides to form a crust.

  5. Spoon pizza sauce over the dough.

  6. Layer with mozzarella, pepperoni, and sliced olives.

  7. Fold a 24-inch length of foil into thirds, place the pan in the center, and cover tightly with another foil sheet.

  8. Lower the foil-wrapped pan into the Instant Pot using the foil as handles.

  9. Secure the lid, set to sealing, and pressure cook on high for 15 minutes.

  10. Perform a quick release, then remove the pan and discard the foil.

  11. Transfer the pizza to a cutting board, slice into wedges, and serve with optional Parmesan and red pepper flakes.
