Instant Pot Pancake Recipe

Instructions

  1. Grease the Instant Pot insert and set it to sauté for 2 minutes.

  2. Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in one bowl.

  3. In a separate measuring cup, whisk milk, cooled melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract; then combine with dry ingredients.

  4. Pour batter into the Instant Pot, cook on sauté for 3 minutes, then cover and cook on low for 40 minutes.

  5. Once steam releases, open the Instant Pot and check the pancake's doneness with a toothpick.

  6. Press sauté and cook for an additional 2 minutes to brown the bottom.

  7. Carefully flip the pancake onto a large plate, slice, and serve immediately with syrup and butter.
