Instant Pot Minestrone Recipe
A hearty, vegetable-rich minestrone, perfect for chilly weather, can be easily prepared in an Instant Pot.

Instructions

Heat olive oil in an Instant Pot on sauté mode, then add carrots, celery, onion, and garlic, sautéing for about 5 minutes until fragrant.

Stir in green cabbage, pesto, crushed tomatoes, vegetable broth, pasta, bay leaves, salt, and pepper.

Seal the Instant Pot and cook on the soup setting for 3 minutes.
