Instructions

  1. Rinse and inspect cranberries, then add them to the Instant Pot.

  2. Combine sugar, orange juice, maple syrup, orange zest, vanilla extract, and a cinnamon stick with the cranberries; stir.

  3. Lock the Instant Pot lid, set the vent to sealing, and pressure cook on high for 2 minutes.

  4. Allow 10 minutes for natural pressure release, then manually release any remaining pressure.

  5. Remove the cinnamon stick, then use the sauté setting for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens.

  6. Transfer the sauce to a storage container, cool completely, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
