Instructions

  1. Place the trivet in the Instant Pot with 1 cup of water, then arrange the corn on top.

  2. Secure the lid, set the steam release to sealing, and pressure cook on high for 3 minutes.

  3. Once cooking finishes, vent the steam, then remove the lid when the float valve drops.

  4. Transfer the corn, drizzle with butter, and season with salt and pepper.

  5. Garnish with cilantro, cotija cheese, and lime wedges if desired.
