Instant Pot Chicken Alfredo

A creamy and cheesy chicken Alfredo can be quickly prepared entirely in a single instant pot.

Instructions

  1. Set the Instant Pot to sauté, heat olive oil, then season chicken with salt and pepper and brown it in the pot until golden on both sides.

  2. Add butter and minced garlic, stir, and cook for 1-2 minutes.

  3. Pour in chicken stock and heavy cream, stirring to combine and scrape the pot bottom.

  4. Break fettuccine noodles in half, add them to the liquid, submerging them while moving chicken to the top.

  5. Seal the Instant Pot, cook on high pressure for 6 minutes, then manually release pressure.

  6. Whisk in cream cheese and Parmesan cheese, then sauté until the liquid reduces and the sauce thickens.

  7. Garnish with parsley and more Parmesan cheese, then serve immediately.
