Instructions

Thinly slice cabbage after quartering and coring.

Heat oil in the Instant Pot on high SAUTÉ, then cook onions and caraway for 4 minutes until tender.

Cancel SAUTÉ. Add the sliced cabbage, vinegar, brown sugar, salt, and pepper; stir to combine.

Secure the lid and set to high PRESSURE COOK for 5 minutes, ensuring the steam valve is sealed.

Quick-release the pressure upon completion, then serve immediately.
