Indian-Spiced Salmon (Pareve)

An oven-roasted Indian-spiced salmon dish features a sweet and savory glaze of garam masala, tamari, maple syrup, and lime.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 F (220 C).

  2. Place fish in a baking dish and sprinkle with garam masala.

  3. Whisk lime juice, soy sauce, and maple syrup, then pour over the fish.

  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, basting once or twice, until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily.

  5. Serve with lime wedges.
