Indian Milk Barfi Dessert (Microwave Made)

Instructions

In a microwave-safe baking pan, whisk milk powder, heavy cream, and sweetened condensed milk until smooth; reserve pistachios for garnish.

Microwave on high for 6 minutes; if the mixture threatens to boil over, stop for 8-10 seconds, then resume cooking.

Remove the pan from the microwave and stir well to break up any lumps.

Return the pan to the microwave and cook on high for another 6 minutes, watching closely during the first minute.

Sprinkle chopped pistachios over the barfi and let it sit in the microwave for 10 minutes.

Remove the barfi, cut into 2- to 2 1/2-inch squares, and serve.
