Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend almonds, pistachios, and 1/4 cup almond milk into a smooth paste.

  2. Add the remaining 2 3/4 cups almond milk, sugar, cardamom powder, optional kewra essence, and rose water; blend thoroughly.

  3. Serve chilled in a tall glass.
