Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes until barely tender (about 15 minutes), then drain.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet, add spices, and cook for 30 seconds.

  3. Stir in onion, cauliflower, and drained potatoes.

  4. Cook vegetables for 3 to 5 minutes; then add lemon juice and water.

  5. Cover and continue cooking for 8 to 10 minutes, or until cauliflower is tender.

  6. Serve immediately, optionally with basmati rice or other grains.
