Impossible Broccoli (or Cauliflower) Pie Recipe

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F and grease a pie plate.

  2. Boil salted water and cook broccoli or cauliflower until tender, then drain thoroughly.

  3. Combine drained vegetables, onion, green pepper, and cheese in the prepared pie plate.

  4. Blend milk, biscuit mix, eggs, salt, and pepper until smooth, then pour over the vegetable mixture in the pie plate.

  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and a knife inserted comes out clean.

  6. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

  7. Garnish as desired; refrigerate any leftovers.
