Iced Breakfast Tea Latte

Instructions

  1. Boil water and steep 2-4 teaspoons of tea leaves for 5 minutes.

  2. Strain and discard the tea leaves.

  3. Pour the tea concentrate into a shaker 2/3 full of ice and shake well.

  4. Steam or froth 2 ounces of milk or milk substitute until doubled in volume.

  5. Combine the iced tea concentrate with the milk, then sweeten as desired before serving.
