Iced Breakfast Tea Latte
An iced breakfast tea latte is a refreshing alternative to coffee, made with a homemade black tea concentrate instead of espresso.

Instructions

Boil water and steep 2-4 teaspoons of tea leaves for 5 minutes.

Strain and discard the tea leaves.

Pour the tea concentrate into a shaker 2/3 full of ice and shake well.

Steam or froth 2 ounces of milk or milk substitute until doubled in volume.

Combine the iced tea concentrate with the milk, then sweeten as desired before serving.
