Ice Cream Float Recipe

Combine sugar, cinnamon, and water in a small saucepan; cook for 2-3 minutes, swirling occasionally, until thickened into a syrup, then cool.

Whip heavy cream and powdered sugar in a bowl until soft peaks form.

Pour root beer into two tall glasses and place them in the refrigerator.

Add 2-3 scoops of ice cream to each glass.
