Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F and grease an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan.

  2. Melt ice cream until smooth, then combine with self-rising flour in a large bowl; do not overmix.

  3. Pour batter into the prepared pan.

  4. Optionally top with sprinkles, then bake for 40-45 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  5. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then remove and cool completely on a wire rack.

  6. Serve warm or at room temperature; store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
