Ice Cream Bread Recipe

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 F and grease an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan.

Melt ice cream until smooth, then combine with self-rising flour in a large bowl; do not overmix.

Pour batter into the prepared pan.

Optionally top with sprinkles, then bake for 40-45 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then remove and cool completely on a wire rack.
