Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients, adding water last, in a food processor.

  2. Process on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

  3. If the hummus is too thick, incorporate an additional spoonful of water and process again until smooth.

  4. Drizzle with olive oil just before serving warm or at room temperature with pita bread.
