Instructions

  1. Clean and thoroughly dry the mushrooms.

  2. Cut mushrooms as desired, or leave smaller ones whole.

  3. Heat a large pan over high heat, then add enough oil to coat the bottom.

  4. Add mushrooms to the hot pan; cook on high heat, stirring frequently until liquid evaporates.

  5. Season with salt and continue cooking for approximately 5 minutes until tender and browned.

  6. Optionally, stir in chopped parsley until wilted, then transfer to a serving platter.
