How to Make Sodium-Free and MSG-Free Vegeta Seasoning

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 175 F.

Process all vegetables in a food processor or grinder.

Drain the processed vegetables in a strainer for 30 minutes, or wring out moisture using a cheesecloth.

Spread the drained vegetables evenly on an ungreased baking sheet and bake for 4.5 to 5 hours.

Cool completely, then process the baked vegetables into a fine powder.
