Instructions

  1. Load water, softened butter, bread flour, whole wheat flour, seven-grain cereal, brown sugar, salt, and bread machine yeast into the bread machine pan per manufacturer's instructions.

  2. Select the Whole Wheat or Basic/White Cycle, choose a medium or light crust, and begin the program.

  3. Let the machine complete the entire bread-making process.

  4. After baking, remove the bread and cool it entirely on a wire rack.
