How to Make Horseradish Vodka

Instructions

  1. Prepare vodka by pouring it into a large glass container, or by creating space in its original bottle.

  2. Peel and cut horseradish into six 1/2-inch slices, then add them to the vodka.

  3. Seal the container and steep for 3 days to 1 month, tasting periodically until desired flavor strength is achieved.
