Preheat the oven to 400 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Combine flour, sugar, and salt in a food processor, then add butter and process until incorporated.

With the blade running, add water and blend until a smooth dough forms.

Remove the dough and divide it into four equal pieces.

On a lightly floured surface, roll one dough piece into a large, very thin rectangle.
