Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Combine flour, sugar, and salt in a food processor, then add butter and process until incorporated.

  3. With the blade running, add water and blend until a smooth dough forms.

  4. Remove the dough and divide it into four equal pieces.

  5. On a lightly floured surface, roll one dough piece into a large, very thin rectangle.

  6. Cut the dough into 1 1/2-inch squares; gather scraps to form more crackers.

  7. Place the cut crackers on the prepared baking sheet and repeat with the remaining dough portions.

  8. Bake for approximately 10 minutes, until crisp and lightly browned.

  9. Cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
