How to Make Dairy-Free Meatloaf

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly oil a 9x5-inch loaf pan, then press brown sugar evenly into the bottom.

Combine ketchup with Worcestershire sauce and spread this mixture over the brown sugar in the pan.

In a medium bowl, mix ground beef, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Add the remaining Worcestershire sauce, almond milk (or soymilk), eggs, and panko breadcrumbs to the beef mixture; stir until the ingredients hold together.

Form the mixture into a loaf, press it into the prepared pan, and bake for 55 to 60 minutes until cooked through. Serve hot.
