How to Make Caribbean Fried (Sautéed) Salt Fish

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.

  2. Sauté onions until translucent.

  5. Stir in shredded salt fish, reduce heat to low, and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, tossing every 2 to 3 minutes.
