How to Cut a Papaya

Instructions

Cut the papaya in half lengthwise on a cutting board.

Separate the halves and scrape out the seeds with a spoon.

Eat directly from the fruit half, or scoop out balls using a melon or ice cream scoop.

Alternatively, peel the fruit using a knife or vegetable peeler, then slice it into wedges or cubes.
