Hot Chocolate on a Stick
Delicious chocolate fudge blocks, served on a stick, dissolve in hot milk to produce a rich and creamy beverage.

Instructions

Prepare an 8x8-inch pan by lining it with foil and spraying it with nonstick spray.

Place chopped semi-sweet and unsweetened chocolates in a large heat-safe bowl.

Combine heavy cream and condensed milk in a medium saucepan.

Heat the mixture over medium heat, whisking frequently, until it reaches a simmer.

Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and let it sit for one minute.

Whisk the mixture until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.

Pour into the prepared pan, smooth into an even layer, and chill for 3 to 4 hours or overnight until firm.

Cut the firm fudge block into twenty-five pieces.

Insert a lollipop stick into each piece.
