Instructions

  1. In one mug, combine flour, hot cocoa mix, cocoa powder, sugar, salt, baking powder, and chocolate chips.

  2. In a separate mug, whisk together melted butter and milk.

  3. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until thoroughly combined and smooth.

  4. Microwave the mug for 1 minute 30 seconds; continue cooking in 30-second intervals until the top is just slightly sticky.

  5. Allow to cool for a couple of minutes, then top with mini marshmallows and desired garnishes.
