Instructions

  1. Start boiling water for the drinks.

  2. Combine all batter ingredients in a large bowl.

  3. Mix well for 1 to 2 minutes until incorporated.

  4. Transfer batter to plastic wrap, wrap tightly, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

  5. Place about 1 ounce of firm batter into a warmed mug.
