Hot and Spicy Buffalo Wings

Instructions

  1. Start boiling a large pot of water with 2 tablespoons of salt; simultaneously, preheat the grill to medium-high.

  2. Add chicken wings to the boiling water and simmer for 15 minutes.

  3. Warm honey in a microwave for 15-20 seconds until loosened, then stir and combine with hot sauce, butter, lime juice, and 1 teaspoon of salt.

  4. Divide the prepared sauce in half, then toss the boiled chicken wings with one half of the sauce.

  5. Grill the sauced wings for about 10 minutes, or until an internal temperature of 175-185 F is reached.

  6. Remove wings from the grill, dip them in the reserved sauce (rewarm if necessary for 10-15 seconds), and serve hot.
