Instructions

  1. Start boiling water in a large saucepan, then cook noodles until al dente, stirring to separate.

  2. Drain thoroughly, rinse with cold water, and toss with sesame oil.

  3. Heat 3 tablespoons peanut oil in a heavy pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add noodles, spread them out, and cook undisturbed for 5 to 8 minutes until browned on the bottom.

  4. Flip the noodles and brown the other side.

  5. Remove from the pan and serve warm.
