Start boiling water in a large saucepan, then cook noodles until al dente, stirring to separate.

Drain thoroughly, rinse with cold water, and toss with sesame oil.

Heat 3 tablespoons peanut oil in a heavy pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add noodles, spread them out, and cook undisturbed for 5 to 8 minutes until browned on the bottom.
