Hong Kong Milk Tea
A smooth and creamy beverage, Hong Kong milk tea combines tea with sweetened condensed milk, perfect for serving either hot or over ice.

Instructions

Combine water and tea leaves in a small saucepan, then bring to a low boil over medium heat.

Reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes.

Remove from heat, stir in sweetened condensed milk to taste, and return to heat.

Bring to a boil again and simmer for 3 more minutes.

Strain the tea mixture.

Serve hot, or chill and pour over ice.
