Preheat the oven to 375 F.

Combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, scallion, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper in a large bowl; mix until just incorporated.

Form the mixture into 1-inch diameter balls and place them on foil-lined baking sheets.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until cooked through.

In a small saucepan, combine sriracha, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, optional sesame oil, and garlic; stir well.

Bring the sauce to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Toss the baked meatballs with the honey sriracha sauce in a large bowl.

Serve over rice, optionally garnished with extra sauce, scallion greens, sesame seeds, carrots, and lime slices.
