Instructions

  1. Whisk milk, cream, honey, sugar, vanilla, and salt in a large bowl.

  2. Process roasted pistachios until finely crushed, then stir into the mixture.

  3. Churn the mixture in an ice cream maker for 35 to 40 minutes.

  4. Transfer to a freezer container and freeze for at least 4 hours.

  5. Scoop and serve.
