Instructions

  1. Preheat a gas or charcoal grill to high heat (500-600 F) and lightly oil the grates.

  2. Whisk lime juice, olive oil, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger in a bowl to create a marinade.

  3. Season tuna fillets with salt and pepper, then coat evenly with half of the marinade.

  4. Marinate the tuna in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

  5. Whisk honey into the remaining marinade to form a glaze.

  6. Grill tuna for 2 minutes per side, brushing with glaze after flipping, until medium-rare to medium.

  7. Spread additional honey-lime glaze on the fillets and serve with any remaining glaze and lime wedges.
