Honey Glazed Baby Carrots

Instructions

  1. Start boiling baby carrots in a large saucepan, covered with water and seasoned with salt.

  2. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook for about 15 minutes until crisp-tender, then drain.

  3. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat; stir in honey and brown sugar until dissolved.

  4. Add lemon juice and the cooked carrots to the skillet, increasing heat to medium-high. Cook, stirring frequently, until the glaze thickens and coats the carrots.

  5. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper, and serve garnished with parsley.
