Honey Glazed Baby Carrots
Sweet baby carrots are simmered and then coated in a rich glaze of butter, brown sugar, and honey.

Start boiling baby carrots in a large saucepan, covered with water and seasoned with salt.

Reduce heat to medium-low; cook for about 15 minutes until crisp-tender, then drain.

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat; stir in honey and brown sugar until dissolved.

Add lemon juice and the cooked carrots to the skillet, increasing heat to medium-high. Cook, stirring frequently, until the glaze thickens and coats the carrots.

Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper, and serve garnished with parsley.
