Honey Ginger Teriyaki Sauce

Instructions

  1. To make a marinade or baste: Warm honey for 20-30 seconds, then combine it with all other ingredients in a medium bowl and use immediately.

  2. To make a sauce: Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer over medium-low heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring frequently, until reduced and coating the back of a spoon.

  3. Remove the sauce from heat, cool for 2-3 minutes, then serve over cooked dishes or on the side.
