Instructions

  1. Whisk honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, onion salt, and red pepper in a medium bowl.

  2. Combine shrimp with half the marinade in a large bowl, toss to coat, then refrigerate for 1-12 hours; refrigerate the remaining marinade.

  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. Cook shrimp for 1 minute per side until pink, adding the reserved marinade after flipping; transfer to a serving plate with the sauce.

  5. Serve over rice, garnished with green onions.
