Honey Chipotle Glazed Pork Tenderloin

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

  2. Combine honey, chopped peppers, adobo sauce, cilantro, and garlic in a bowl.

  3. Trim fat and silver skin from tenderloins.

  4. Season pork with salt, chili powder, cumin, and black pepper.

  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet; sear pork for 8 minutes, browning all sides.

  6. Transfer pork to an oiled baking pan or an oven-safe skillet.

  7. Roast pork for 10 minutes, then brush with the chipotle mixture.

  8. Continue roasting for 10 minutes more, or until pork reaches 145 F.

  9. Rest pork for 5 minutes, then slice and drizzle with pan juices. Serve.
