Honey Chipotle Glazed Pork Tenderloin

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Combine honey, chopped peppers, adobo sauce, cilantro, and garlic in a bowl.

Trim fat and silver skin from tenderloins.

Season pork with salt, chili powder, cumin, and black pepper.

Heat olive oil in a skillet; sear pork for 8 minutes, browning all sides.

Transfer pork to an oiled baking pan or an oven-safe skillet.

Roast pork for 10 minutes, then brush with the chipotle mixture.

Continue roasting for 10 minutes more, or until pork reaches 145 F.
