Honey Baked Chicken Breasts

Preheat oven to 400 F.

In a small saucepan, simmer honey, brown sugar, vinegar, and soy sauce; set aside.

Combine flour, salt, thyme, paprika, and pepper in a food storage bag; add chicken and shake to coat.

Place melted butter and oil in a baking dish. Coat chicken in the mixture, arrange skin side up, and bake for 20 minutes.

Pour the reserved honey mixture over the chicken, then bake for an additional 20-30 minutes, basting occasionally, until internal temperature reaches 165 F.
