Honey Baked Chicken Breasts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F.

  2. In a small saucepan, simmer honey, brown sugar, vinegar, and soy sauce; set aside.

  3. Combine flour, salt, thyme, paprika, and pepper in a food storage bag; add chicken and shake to coat.

  4. Place melted butter and oil in a baking dish. Coat chicken in the mixture, arrange skin side up, and bake for 20 minutes.

  5. Pour the reserved honey mixture over the chicken, then bake for an additional 20-30 minutes, basting occasionally, until internal temperature reaches 165 F.
