Instructions

  1. For optimal results, chill a mixing bowl and beaters for at least 15 minutes.

  2. Pour cold cream into the chilled bowl and whip with an electric mixer on medium-low until it thickens and doubles in volume.

  3. Sprinkle in sugar and add vanilla, then continue beating on medium speed until soft peaks form.

  4. Beat further until stiff peaks are achieved, where the mixture is fluffy and peaks hold their shape.

  5. Serve the whipped cream immediately atop your preferred dessert.
