Homemade Vegetarian Tofu Turkey With Stuffing

Preheat the oven to 350F.

Process tofu until smooth, then mix it thoroughly with sage, thyme, rosemary, vegetable broth powder, and poultry seasoning.

Line a colander with cheesecloth. Spoon the tofu mixture into it, cover, apply a weight for pressing, and chill overnight until firm.

Once firm, create a well by scooping out the center of the tofu, leaving a 1.5-inch shell, and set the removed tofu aside.

Press stuffing into the hollowed tofu, then cover with the reserved tofu.

Lightly grease a baking sheet. Invert it over the colander, carefully flip the entire assembly, then remove the colander and cheesecloth.

Whisk balsamic vinegar, red wine, Dijon mustard, and soy sauce to create a basting mixture.

Generously baste the tofu with this mixture.

Bake for 90 minutes, basting every 15 minutes.
